- Map the accounts, domains, people, suppliers and current responsibilities.
- Agree a scope and priorities, including what we can access and what needs customer approval.
- Make changes in a controlled order, verify the result and document the handover.
We can manage the online side of your IT whether or not your website is hosted with us. On-site visits, device repair, cabling and physical network hardware are outside this service. If those are needed, we will say so rather than pretend to cover them.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace management can be delivered directly today. Connecting those tenants to the AceHost customer dashboard is planned work, not a live feature. The first step is secure, customer-approved, read-only visibility; any account changes need separate permissions, checks and an audit trail.
