How we handle your details
When you submit an enquiry form or email us about AceMedia Host, we use the information you send to discuss your enquiry and assess whether the service suits your site. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list.
Forms send an email to Shane through the AceHost mail relay; the form also uses short-lived rate-limit records to prevent spam. The site does not create a public account from your enquiry. Enquiries are handled by AceMedia. If you join the beta, we will provide the hosting terms and account-specific privacy information before setting up your site. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing [email protected].
Server notes by email
If you sign up for server notes, we store your email address, the date you signed up and confirmed, and a random code used for your confirmation and unsubscribe links. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link we email you. After that, we email you when a new post goes live, and nothing else.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that support one-click unsubscribe can use it too. Your address is kept on our own server, is never shared or sold, and is sent through the same AceHost mail relay as our enquiry replies. To have your record deleted entirely, email [email protected].
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare may process technical request data when delivering the website. Our fonts are hosted on our own server.
