Map the data
Identify databases, files, media, configuration and access details. A shop, publishing site and contact centre each need a different check.
Cloud backup and disaster recovery for AWS workloads, websites and online services. We agree what must be protected, check the restore route and make sure someone owns the next step.
PLAN FOR THE RETURN
A backup schedule is not a recovery plan. We start with the services people use, the data they change and the dependencies needed to bring them back.
Identify databases, files, media, configuration and access details. A shop, publishing site and contact centre each need a different check.
Agree what is backed up, where it is stored, who can restore it and how long it is kept. We review existing protection before changing it.
Check that a usable copy can be recovered, not just that a job reported success. The test and its frequency follow the agreed service scope.
Record who notices a problem, who decides to recover and how the restored service is checked before traffic returns.
CLEAR OWNERSHIP
We can review an AWS setup you already own or plan recovery for hosting we operate. Access, billing, retention and responsibilities are agreed in writing. We do not promise a universal recovery time or a particular backup interval before understanding the workload.
For website changes, a tested migration and rollback route matters too. For prevention and access controls, see security and recovery on our platform.
